Jeff Allen
Jeff Allen has been a full time trainer with Psychology of Vision since 1998. He regularly facilitates workshops in UK, Germany, Spain, Brazil, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Kenya and Zambia. He graduated to Master Trainer in 2001. Part of his graduation was the development of a 30 module-training programme for small groups, called The Steps to Leadership, which is being used around the world. The modular self-study Life Manual has been distilled and further developed from that work.
Jeff was born in Kenya, schooled in Kenya and Australia, settled in the UK in 1980 and now lives in Wiltshire. He spent his early life travelling. His association with matters marine amounts to several tours of the globe including hundreds of trips across the Atlantic in sail boats, tugs and cargo ships. Since becoming a trainer he just as regularly covers the globe, now helping thousands of other people on their journey to finding again their inner joy and unique gifts and talents. His healing journey started 14 years ago, while separated from his wife and family, when he was confronted by the question “When was the last time I was truly happy?” He could not answer the question. He has studied the depths of his mind using the model of Psychology of Vision and with the help of his mentors Chuck and Lency Spezzano.
Jeff describes his own personal journey and what you can achieve in personal transformation in the foreword to Life Manual Download The Foreword in Jeff’s own words here. (PDF Format)
Jeff is also very active in the Linda School Development Project, where he visits and teaches regularly with other Psychology of Vision Trainers. You can find out more about how the Vision Africa community is making a difference here on YouTube

Christine Herbert
Christine N. Herbert
Christine is a qualified teacher and was head of Communication Studies in Hereford Sixth Form College. Her varied background includes promoting Agenda 21 local partnerships and awareness of UN resolutions made that Rio Earth Summit in 1992. Her simple version of the complex Agenda 21 was used to brief journalists at the Earth Summit +5 conference at the UN in New York.
Since working with Jeff, and continuing mentoring from Jeff and Chuck and Lency Spezzano, Christine has gone on to write a children’s book ‘The Magic Planet’ sharing the appreciation of the wonders of our planet that she gained in her childhood. She also created the video, Time to Care for Earth, with world musicians Among Many, and along with writing newsletters for Life Manual, she founded and edits Wise Women OnLine, a community site for sharing life and time saving visions and tips.
Christine travelled widely in her childhood, including visiting Apartheid South Africa and living in Northern Ireland. Family and friends were also involved in Korea, Suez, Aden, and Kenya wars and crises. “Finding solutions to the violence, unhappiness and conflicts that I experienced and encountered in childhood, has been the motivating force of my life.”
“I know there are many good ideas and theories around the planet, and I have tried most of them in the last 30 years. Inner peace and outer peace cannot be separated. What both individuals and the world really need, are tools and principles that can be applied and that really work.
In Psychology of Vision, I found those tools, and I know that I am deeply changed. Working with Jeff, our aim in Life Manual was to produce a ‘how to do it’ text that genuinely worked. We wanted to enable more people to make the profound life or mind changes so many of us seek. From my own continuing personal experience and feedback from professionals, friends and family, I am confident that we have done that.”
“Being truly alive is a gift that too many of us struggle to enjoy.”
When our own inner conflicts are healed, we all discover we have so much to contribute to the world, and can receive so much from it. As Chuck Spezzano, co founder of Psychology of Vision says, ‘It is never too late to have a happy childhood.’ Now I understand the lessons and learning of mine, I get to share the vision it has given me, and can give back the gifts of my life.
Another of Chuck’s concepts, is that ‘what we heal, our own children don’t have to’. As a mother, that has been a motivating force for me, and the gift is that my grandchildren will be able to learn easily the vision I learned from my life. We live on an extraordinarily beautiful planet, where human beings do make mistakes … some pretty big ones at times … but we always get to change our mind and that changes our world.”
“I want children to have the hope and vision of the true nature of life and the essential goodness of human beings, that I took most of my life time to find. It is only when we truly love our world that we will take care of it, and preserve it for future generations.”
