Handholds for Swampy Moments
A happy musical visualisation with reminders from Psychology of Vision tools and principles on the ways out of those swampy moments we all experience from time to time. If it makes you smile in a stuck moment … it worked ;-)
Handholds for Swampy Moments
Peace | MySpace Video
‘No Matter What’, sung and produced by Paul Hoffman, www.successsongs.com
Look out for Paul’s ‘Choose to Be Meditation’, it’s my favourite and always helps me to find my heart and soul when they are feeling obscured or buried.
Mind Movies
I had my vision board on Powerpoint Mind Movies inspired me to go video, hence Swampy Handholds above and Time to Care for Earth.
Mind Movies have recently updated their 6 free download movie visualisations on wealth, health, relationships and spirituality. These can really help to promote your own thoughts on what you want.
There is also a series of interviews with Bob Proctor, Joe Vitale and John Assaraf on the power of visualisation and videos for manifesting the life we want. This great bunch of freebies is all part of their launch of Mind Movies 2 to take out the technical blocks and save the many hours it can take scriptwriting and finding pictures.
Finding Passion and Purpose
Chuck and Lency Spezzano have long spoken about Manifesting the life we want. As we clear the old dead habits of the past, we rush forward knowing that after all, it is ourselves who are choosing our future. As we release our Vision Mind, finding our purpose and using our unique skills and experiences creatively becomes very important.
Janet Attwood and The Passion Test
I absolutely love Janet and the work she does helping people around the world to find their passions and translate them into actions. I will always be deeply grateful to her for helping me to find my life passions. You can take your Passion Test online here, and lots of other good resources too.
Outrageous Mastery
Sasha Xarrian’s story is absolutely fascinating. As a Mormon, she believed absolutely in her powers to manifest abundance and the life she wanted. However, those beliefs were also linked to her beliefs in Mormons being chosen people, so her fall from grace when she left the Mormon Church with her seven children was brutal. Her path back to recognising that those were human not Mormon capacities became her experiment. Her story, Outrageous Mastery, is free on her site. However, she has recently changed her site into the familiar format of long selling letters, so scroll to the end to find the freebie.
I used her Outrageous Mastery Experiment and Playguide, and found it helpful for taking out blocks and increasing my connection to my dreams. I think it could be half the length and still be as useful.
Joy, Spiritual Knowledge and Creating Abundance

Sanaya Roman has been writing about these for many years now, long before The Secret became popular. I first came across Living with Joy more than 10 years before I found Psychology of Vision. I had an inkling, a belief that we could live the life we wished with joy and using our creativity. Most of the world was telling me we couldn’t, that I was a dreamer. Sanaya helped to keep my hopes alive and my belief strong, even as I toiled in the 9-5 to support my family in work that was rewarding, but didn’t satisfy my deeper longings and needs. I still pick this book up wheneven I feel my spirits flagging.
Spiritual Knowledge: Being Your Higher Self came later, as I began my journey to the higher aspects of being human. Having found my joy, I also want to experience prosperity as well as success, and Creating Money: Attracting Abundance is now a regular read. Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer first published this book in 1988, so it sits clear of the controversies that can confuse surrounding The Secret. Click on the covers to view on Amazon.
Personal Experience
These are some of the resources that I have found really helped as I moved forward. I have investigated The Law of Attraction and The Secret avidly. Exploring the limits of our human capacities is part of my life purpose. Often, I can recognise from my experience with Psychology of Vision that many things don’t work, or the writer is describing an ‘as if’ situation. Until we change our unhelpful habits, we will keep getting more of the same. Clearing the patterns isn’t enough, Lency’s input on clearing our emotions is very important in the Psychology of Vision Model. These are all features that I write about in the Psychology of Vision Newsletters, so explore those for yourself. Subscribe to POV Life Manual Newsletters
